When is my medication shipped?

Standard Timelines

Once your prescription is approved, Felix's pharmacy typically processes and fills it within 2-3 business days from the time that counselling with the pharmacist is offered. Shipping is expedited, so your shipment should be delivered within 2-3 business days after this has been passed on to the courier.

You will receive an email titled "🚚 Your order is prepared and ready to ship" with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. *If you don’t see this notification in your inbox, check your email’s spam folder.

This tracking info can also be accessed within your Felix account by heading to your Home page and selecting "Track order".

Please note: Tracking links are activated within one business day of being issued. For tracking numbers issued on weekends or holidays, please wait for the following business day to see updates.

After that, each refill will be triggered & charged according to the shipping frequency you chose during your visit. Felix aims to optimize prescription refill schedules to align with insurance coverage, ensuring consistent medication supply while maximizing the benefits of coverage.

We will notify you via an email titled "You have an upcoming order" a few days prior to your refill date.

Refill schedules (drug dependent)

  • Monthly: refill is processed approx. every 20 to 23 days

  • Every 2 months: refill is processed approx. every 50 to 53 days

  • Every 3 months: refill is processed approx. every 76 to 84 days

You can also verify your specific refill date after your first fill has been processed directly on the Home page and also on the treatment details page by selecting your relevant treatment.

Changing Your Shipping Frequency

The ability to change your frequency of shipments will depend on your treatment and prescribed medication. If applicable, you can adjust this on the final checkout page by selecting Change under the Treatment Summary section.

Treatments such as Weight Loss and STIs will always provide shipments on a monthly basis and cannot be changed.

In the above example, this would result in receiving a total of 24 tabs per shipment (8 tabs for each month).

If you already have an active prescription, you can request this change by submitting a change med visit.
