Your first fill will be shipped within 2-3 days from the time that the pharmacy provides counselling or from the time you declined the counselling option. Shipping is Express Post and so this should be with you within 2-3 business days after this has been passed on to Canada Post. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please note that Canada Post is currently experiencing higher than normal demand due to high parcel volume. After that, each refill will be triggered & charged according to the refill schedule you chose.
Refill schedule (drug dependent)
Monthly: refill is processed approx. every 20 to 23 days
Every 2 months: refill is processed approx. every 50 to 53 days
Every 3 months: refill is processed approx. every 76 to 84 days
