Felix makes it easy for patients to purchase non-prescription (over-the-counter) products to complement their treatment. These can include items like vitamins, supplements, personal care products, and more—all available directly from your Felix account.
How to Add/Purchase Non-Prescription Products
There are two options when purchasing non-prescription products through Felix:
Buy Now (One-Time Purchase)
Products are charged immediately and shipped the next day.
Ideal if you need something quickly or don’t want to wait for your next prescription order.
You can view your past purchases in the Shop section on your Home page.
Shipping note: Orders over $40 ship free. Orders $40 or under have a $9.99 shipping fee.
Add to Next Order (Subscribe)
Products are grouped with your next scheduled prescription shipment.
You’ll be charged when that order is processed.
Everything arrives together in one package.
Example:
You have a Skin treatment with a next fill date of October 7th. You find Purify Aloe + Amino Cleanser in the Shop and select "Add to next order." On October 7th, you’ll be charged for both your Skin medication and the cleanser—both will ship together.
Shipping is always free when added to your next order.
How to Add Non-Prescription Products to Your Treatment
Log in to your Felix account.
Click on the Shop tab.
Select the desired item(s) and quantity.
Click Checkout.
Choose either:
Buy now for immediate shipment.
Add to next order to have it shipped with your next treatment.
If you have multiple treatments, the product will be grouped with the one that has the earliest refill date. You’ll be able to see this grouping before completing your order.
How to Remove Non-Prescription Products from Your Treatment
If you no longer want a product included with your treatment:
Go to your Treatment page.
Select the product you want to remove.
Click “Remove from treatment.”
Confirm by clicking “Yes, remove.”
Note: You do not need to cancel your prescription to remove a product.

Receipts & Order History
How to access your receipts depends on the purchase type:
Buy Now (One-Time)
You’ll get an email confirmation and receipt.
You can also access receipts under the Shop section of your dashboard.
Add to Next Order
Visit Treatment details → Manage → Order history.
You’ll find a receipt with a breakdown of both your prescription and OTC items.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Non-prescription items are not covered by OHIP and cannot be billed directly through insurance.
However, if you have a Healthcare Spending Account (HSA) through your employer, you may be able to submit your receipt for reimbursement.
Felix provides a detailed receipt in your account, which you can use to submit to your insurance provider or HSA.
