Thanks for using Felix! There are some really important account features that we want to share with you to ensure that you have complete control over your treatment moving forward. Below are links to some useful articles that explain how to perform these actions, followed by some examples of when these may be useful to you.
Some important things to note about your account and our services:
Your Home Page displays all of your treatments - you can click these to display the full details of your treatment, including your next refill date, medications prescribed, and your renewal date once your prescription has run out of refills.
Every prescription with refills is on an auto-refill schedule, meaning that payments are charged automatically at the time of your refill being processed - any desired actions need to be taken before your refill date.
Please keep an eye out for consistent email communications - we notify you every step of the way regarding when your fills will be processed, shipping information, when it is time to renew, as well as whenever our pharmacy requires any clarification from you directly.
You are able to pause your treatment after your first fill in order to delay your next refill from being charged and shipped out! This can be useful when:
You have extended travel plans and have your next refill scheduled while you are away.
You still have enough medication from your previous shipment.
You were wanting to delay your payment.
You can also request to have your refill processed sooner than your scheduled refill date! This can be used when:
You have upcoming travel plans and want to receive more medication ahead of time.
You have lost your previous supply of medication.
If at any point you were wanting to change your prescribed medication or dosage, you can submit a free visit prior to your refill date to request this change with your practitioner. This can be used for:
Requesting an increase or decrease in your prescribed dosage for your current medication.
If applicable to your treatment, changing the frequency of your shipments.
