Once your first fill has been shipped, you can pause your prescription at any time, allowing you to have more control over your auto-refill schedule. To pause your prescription, log in to your Felix account and navigate to the treatment of interest from the Home Page of your Felix account, then clicking the Manage dropdown on the upper right of the page, and then Pause Treatment.
After selecting Pause Treatment, you'll be prompted to choose how long you'd like to pause for - 30 days, 60 days, until a specific date, or indefinitely. Once confirmed, your prescription will be paused until your chosen time frame.
Please note, you are not able to pause your treatment while a refill is already in progress or when your prescription has no refills remaining. In these cases, you'll receive a pop-up explaining why you're unable to pause.
Once you've completed this, you will receive a confirmation banner that your prescription has been paused, and the date it is set to resume.
If you chose to pause your shipments indefinitely, or you change your mind and want your next refill sooner than you originally selected, you can resume your prescription using the Resume orders button shown in the image above.
If you have missed a fill that was due to trigger at a date in the past, this will be filled and shipped as soon as possible by the pharmacy. If your refill date hasn't been reached yet, the pharmacy will process your next fill as scheduled when the date arrives.
