Once your first fill has been shipped, you can pause your prescription at any time, allowing you to have more control over your auto-refill schedule. To pause your prescription, log in to your Felix account and navigate to the Treatments tab (shown below).
From here you can click "View details" on the prescription you'd like to pause to see the details of your prescription.
Then, you can select to delay your shipments on the right side of the page under "Manage your treatment."
Finally, you'll be prompted to choose how long you'd like to pause for - 1 month, 2 months, until a specific date, or indefinitely. Once confirmed, your prescription will be paused until your chosen time frame.
If you choose to pause your shipments indefinitely, or you change your mind and want your next refill sooner than you originally selected, you can resume your prescription from the Treatments tab (shown below). If you have missed a fill which was due to trigger at a date in the past, this will be filled and shipped as soon as possible by the pharmacy. If your refill date hasn't been reached yet, the pharmacy will process your next fill as scheduled when the date arrives.
