Changing Your Shipping Frequency

Adjusting how often you receive shipments

Please note that the ability to select your shipping frequency can be limited, depending on your treatment and specific medication prescribed.

Some medications have a set frequency, based on its quantity, that cannot be adjusted - in these cases you will not see the 'Change' option outlined below.

How to Change the Shipping Frequency

You can request a change in your shipping frequency on the final checkout page of the online visit. To do this:

  1. Select the 'Change' button from within the Treatment summary section.

  2. Choose your desired shipping frequency from the available options (most often 1-month or 3-month)

What stage of treatment are you in?

Again, this change feature is mainly dependent on your prescribed medication and treatment, but this option is available on all of our visit types.

  • If you already have an approved treatment with Felix, then you will need to submit a free change med visit in order to make an adjustment to your shipping frequency.

  • This can also be completed during your renewal visit if your current prescription has already been fully finished.
