All Felix prescriptions are valid for a year. After your last refill, your doctor will email you a reminder to renew your prescription.

Follow the link in that email to complete an online renewal visit. Once you have updated your medical information you will receive a new prescription that will be valid for another year.

Once your new prescription is approved, your medication will continue to be shipped directly to you.
