Depending on your province of residence and category of treatment you are receiving, a signature to deliver your medication may be legally required. Where this is necessary, you don’t personally have to be there to get the package, however someone that is 18+ years old must be available to sign for the package.

If a signature is required and nobody is available to sign for it, the package may be taken to a post office or pickup counter. Please check the tracking number provided to see the most recent update on the status of your package.
