Yes! You can choose to have your order delivered either to your home or to a designated Purolator depot.
π Purolator Hold for Pickup
Some Purolator depots and partner businesses offer a Hold for Pickup (HFPU) service. Follow these steps to set this up within your account:
Step 1: Check Availability
Visit the Purolator Location Finder.
Enter the business address of the depot you're interested in.
Click on "Service Details" under Additional Information.
Confirm if the Hold for Pickup option is available at that location.
Step 2: Update Your Shipping Address
In your Felix account:
Go to the Billing and Shipping tab.
Enter the depot's business address in Address Line 1.
In Address Line 2, enter: HFPU + your name (e.g., HFPU John Smith)
π¦ Canada Post FlexDelivery
FlexDelivery is a free service provides which you with a unique PO Box address that you can add to your Felix profile, allowing you to receive packages directly at a post office.

Step 1: Setup your Account
Learn more and sign up for FlexDelivery on the Canada Post website here.
Step 2: Update your Shipping Address
Go to the Billing and Shipping tab.
Update your shipping address to your new FlexDelivery address in Address Line 1. To help ensure smooth delivery, please include "Canada Post" at the beginning of the address.
If you change your address in the future, we also recommend including your courier preference to ensure it stays listed.
π« Personal PO Box
If you have your own PO Box address, you can also update this directly within the Billing and Shipping tab of your account and our pharmacy will use Canada Post for these shipments.

These options are not available for orders in the Smoking Cessation category since age verification is required at delivery.
