Yes! You can choose to have your order delivered either to your home or to a designated Purolator depot.
π¨ As of September 26, 2025, Canada Post is on strike, so we are using Purolator as an alternative courier. As such, delivery to a Canada Post Office (FlexDelivery) is currently not avalable.
If Purolator does not service your address, our pharmacy will proceed with Canada Post to avoid further delays to your treatment. More strike details can be found here.
If you are a Weight Loss patient, we will reach out confirming if you would still like to proceed with shipping out through Canada Post given the temperature requirements of most medications. In this case, please kindly note that you are acknowledging the risk of your package potentially being lost or delayed.
Some Purolator depots and partner businesses offer a Hold for Pickup (HFPU) service. Follow these steps to set this up within your account:
Step 1: Check Availability
Visit the Purolator Location Finder.
Enter the business address of the depot you're interested in.
Click on "Service Details" under Additional Information.
Confirm if the Hold for Pickup option is available at that location.
Step 2: Update Your Shipping Address
In your Felix account:
Go to the Shipping tab.
Enter the depot's business address in Address Line 1.
In Address Line 2, enter: HFPU + your name (e.g., HFPU John Smith)

This option is not available for orders in the Smoking Cessation category since age verification is required at delivery.
You will need to show ID and provide your tracking number at pickup.
