Yes! You can choose to have your order delivered either to your home or to a designated pickup location, such as a Canada Post office or certain Purolator depots. Here’s how:
Option 1: Pickup at a Purolator Depot or Partner Location
Some Purolator depots and partner businesses offer a Hold for Pickup (HFPU) service.
Step 1: Check Availability
Visit the Purolator Location Finder.
Enter the business address of the depot you're interested in.
Click on "Service Details" under Additional Information.
Confirm if the Hold for Pickup option is available at that location.
Step 2: Update Your Shipping Address
In your Felix account:
Go to the Shipping tab.
Enter the depot's business address in Address Line 1.
In Address Line 2, enter: HFPU + your name (e.g., HFPU John Smith)
⚠️ Note:
This option is not available for orders in the Smoking Cessation category since age verification is required at delivery.
You will need to show ID and provide your tracking number at pickup.
Option 2: Delivery to a Canada Post Office (FlexDelivery)
Canada Post offers a free FlexDelivery service that gives you a unique PO Box address tied to your preferred post office.
Step 1: Sign Up for FlexDelivery
Visit the Canada Post FlexDelivery page to register.
Step 2: Update Your Shipping Address
In your Felix account:
Go to the Billing and Shipping tab.
Enter your new FlexDelivery address.
Add "Canada Post" at the beginning of the address for clarity (e.g., Canada Post – PO Box 12345...).
