Shipping can either be to your address or a post office / pick up depot.

If your preferred courier is Canada Post

We recommend registering for Flex Delivery. This is a free service that will provide you with a unique PO address that you can use as the shipping address on your Felix profile, allowing you to receive packages directly at the post office. You can check out this service or sign up for FlexDelivery on the Canada Post website here.

Once complete, you can update your shipping address using the FlexDelivery address provided from the Shipping tab of your Felix account! We ask that you please include "Canada Post" at the beginning of the post office address to help ensure your packages are correctly delivered. If you change addresses in the future please ensure to type in your courier preference so it remains listed.

If your preferred courier is Purolator

Some Purolator depots or other businesses with a Purolator pick up counter may be available for direct delivery. To check to see if your desired location has a "hold for pickup" option available, please use this link, type in the business address, and select "Service Details" under the Additional Information section of the location. From here you can verify whether or not this service is available at this location.

If available, add the business address of the pick up depot within the Shipping tab of your account within Address Line 1 and then entering "HFPU + your name" within Address Line 2.

Please note you will have to provide the tracking number of your shipment and provide ID at the pickup location in order to receive your package.
