You can update your insurance information on file with us at any time if you receive a new card, get a new plan, or just need to update the information. We do ask that you update this information as early as possible before your next fill so that there is time for our pharmacy to receive the changes and process them for your fill.
To do so: Login to your Felix Account and navigate to the Billing tab under the Account dropdown.
Once in the Billing tab, you will see the option to Upload new insurance info at the bottom of the page.
After clicking the option to Upload new insurance, you will be prompted to upload photos of the front and back of your insurance card from your computer/ phone camera roll, or to take new photos using your webcam / built-in camera.
Make sure you click Change to save these details when you have selected them so that they are uploaded to your account!
