You can update your insurance information on file with us at any time if you receive a new card, get a new plan, or just need to update the information. We do ask that you update this information as early as possible before your next fill so that there is time for our pharmacy to receive the changes and process them for your fill.
To update your insurance information on file, start by logging into your Felix Account and navigating under the Billing tab.
From your phone:
You can then scroll down to the option to Upload new insurance info
You will then be prompted to provide new photos of the front and back of your card by uploading photos form your camera role or taking new photos with your built-in camera.
Be sure to click Change to save these photos after you have selected/uploaded them to ensure the changes are saved to your account!
From your computer:
Once in the billing tab, you will see the option to Upload new insurance info on the right side of the page.
After clicking the option to Upload new info, you will be prompted to upload photos of the front and back of your insurance card from your computer, or to take new photos using your webcam.
Make sure you click Change to save these details when you have selected them so that they are uploaded to your account!
