How to upload a new insurance card to your account

You can update your insurance information on file with us at any time if you receive a new card, get a new plan, or just need to update the information. We do ask that you update this information as early as possible before your next fill so that there is time for our pharmacy to receive the changes and process them for your fill.

If you do not have a physical insurance card, you can upload a photo of the digital copy or upload an image with all of the relevant insurance information typed or written out.

  1. Login to your Felix Account and navigate to the Billing and shipping tab under the Account dropdown.

2. On the Billing and Shipping page, click "Update" within the Insurance section.

3. Click Upload a photo to select a photo of your insurance card from your computer/ phone camera roll, or to take new photos using your webcam / built-in camera.

4. Once you've selected a photo, you'll find your upload - click Continue.

5. If you have a secondary insurance plan, you'll see the option to upload another photo as the Back of card.

If you are covered under your spouse's plan, you can still upload their insurance card onto your account even if your name is not on it.

How to update my insurance info from the Felix Mobile App:

Note: In most cases, private insurances cannot be retroactively billed. A manual claim can be submitted using the receipt provided.

Retroactive billing of drug brand payment assistance cards are subject to review for eligibility.
