You can update your payment method/credit card information on file with us at any time by logging into your Felix Account and navigating to the Billing and Shipping tab under the Account dropdown.

Select Update in the Payment Method section. Fill in your new card information then click Continue. Enter your billing address or check the box if this is the same as your shipping address. Click Save to finalize this update.

We're able to accept all major credit cards, most Visa-Debit cards as well as pre-paid Visa gift cards. Please note that there must be a consistently sufficient balance on a Visa gift card, as this is what will be used to pay for the initial online visit fee and will be used to re-bill for your recurring medication refills. If there's not a sufficient balance on the card, we won't be able to process your fills from our pharmacy's end.
