♻️ How to update your payment information
You can update your payment method/credit card information on file with us at any time by logging into your Felix Account and navigating to the Billing and Shipping tab under the Account dropdown.
Select Update in the Payment Method section. Fill in your new card information then click Continue. Enter your billing address or check the box if this is the same as your shipping address. Click Save to finalize this update.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We're able to accept all major credit cards, most Visa-Debit cards, pre-paid Visa gift cards, and Apple Pay. Please note that there must be a consistently sufficient balance on a Visa gift card, as this is what will be used to pay for the initial online visit fee and will be used to re-bill for your recurring medication refills. If there's not a sufficient balance on the card, we won't be able to process your fills from our pharmacy's end.
🍎 Using Apple Pay
Apple Pay is available during the checkout flow when submitting a new visit or renewal. It is not available in the Billing and Shipping settings tab.
There are two ways to pay with Apple Pay at checkout:
Express checkout button: If you're using Safari on the web or the Felix iOS app, an Apple Pay button appears at the top of the checkout page. Tapping it auto-fills your shipping address and payment details in one step.
Payment method selection: Apple Pay also appears as a selectable option in the payment method section of the checkout form alongside credit card.
If you want to use Apple Pay, select it at the time of checkout — there is no option to set Apple Pay as your default payment method from the Billing and Shipping tab, which is for manual card entry only.
