Do I still have to pay if the drug I selected is on backorder?

In some cases, if a medication is expected to be back in stock within the same week, we will process the payment in order to have it shipped without any further delays. Otherwise, you will only pay for the drug when it becomes available again and is ready for shipment.

If prescribed more than one medication, you may also receive a split shipment. An insert will be included inside the initial parcel to clarify this. Our Pharmacy and Patient Support team will ensure backorders are communicated as promptly as possible.
