I forgot to upload my insurance information before my first fill was charged. What can I do now?

You will find the official receipt for your medication costs within your package from the pharmacy. This receipt can be used to submit a manual claim directly to your insurance/benefits provider.

Future refills will be direct-billed to your insurance provider once you have uploaded your insurance information from the Billing tab of your Felix account.

You can also download a digital receipt for a particular order in order to manually submit the claim to your insurance provider. For prescriptions filled between April 2025 and June 18, 2026:

1. Select your relevant treatment from the Home Page of your Felix account.
2. Select the Manage button from the upper right side of the page.
3. Select View order history.
4. Select Download receipt.

For prescriptions filled on or after June 19, 2026:
1. Select the "Account" dropdown at the top right of your Felix account on the webpage or the "Account" option on the bottom right of the mobile app.
2. Select Documents and navigate to the “Medication receipts” section.

Note: Retroactive billing of drug brand payment assistance cards are subject to review for eligibility.
