Ready to resume your prescription after a period of pause? No problem at all! You can resume auto-refills in the same place that you paused. To do this, start by logging in to your Felix Account and navigating under the Prescriptions tab. From here, select View details on your pause prescription, and you will then see the option to click resume auto-refills on this page (See below).

Please note that when you resume, it will take 3-5 business days for your next fill to be delivered to your door, as our pharmacy needs time to process this fill and ship it to you. If you are needing your meds by a specific date, please be sure to resume with sufficient processing time!
