Ready to resume your prescription after a period of pause? No problem at all! You can resume auto-refills in the same place that you paused.
To do so: Login to your Felix Account and select the treatment of interest on the Home Page.
From here, select Resume orders on your paused prescription. You will then see the option to either Adjust resume date, or Resume prescription, depending on whether you previously chose a specific resume date, or paused indefinitely.
Either way, you'll have the option to resume immediately or set a new resume date.
Please note: When you resume, it will take 3-5 business days for your next fill to be delivered to your door, as our pharmacy needs time to process this fill and ship it to you. If you need your meds by a specific date, please be sure to resume with sufficient processing time!
