We understand that things can change, and you might need your prescription ahead of schedule. We’re here to help when you need to plan for travel, can’t find your last pack, or have run out of your medication earlier than anticipated.
To do so: select the treatment of interest on the Home Page of your Felix account, select the Manage dropdown and then Request early order.
Next, you will be prompted to enter the reason for the early refill request and select a date that you need your next fill by.
You will be asked to include the reason for your early refill request as this is required by our pharmacy to ensure that you’re using your medication safely and is also required by insurance providers.
When selecting your refill date, the options will include the "earliest date available" which will be 5 days out or "select a date" for early refill orders further out.
Please note: Refills processed earlier than scheduled are NOT covered by insurance via direct billing from the pharmacy. As such, you will be charged for the full cost of your medication and a receipt will be provided with the shipment that you can use with an explanation of the early fill to submit a claim to your provider for reimbursement.
Please note: In most cases, we are not able to accept refill requests within 5 business days, as it takes time for our pharmacy partner to process refills and have them delivered to you.
