Looking for more information on your prescription, how often it will be shipped, your next fill date, your previous fills, etc? This info can all be accessed by logging into your Felix Account, navigating to your Home Page, and selecting your treatment of interest.
From here you will be able to see all of the information pertaining to your prescription. You will also be able to access the Manage dropdown button which provides you the ability to pause your auto-refills, request an early fill, or change your medication.
You can also message your healthcare practitioner from this page by scrolling down to the "Practitioner chat" section and selecting "View chat".
