✉️ Visit Receipts
You can access your visit receipts in two ways
From your Felix account:
From the Home Page of your Felix account, select your treatment.
2. Select the Manage button.
Select View order history.
Select the specific order date to download your visit receipt.
By email:
You will also receive an email upon submitting your visit with a link to download a copy of your receipt.
New Visits
If you have submitted your first visit for a treatment, you will receive an email titled "You’ve requested treatment
". From this email, just scroll down until you find the View your visit receipt section which is where the link will be to download your receipt.
Renewal Visits
For renewal visits, you will receive an email titled "Your renewal visit is submitted" which will include a button and link to download a copy of your receipt.
💊 Medication Receipts
Your official medication receipt is located within the packaging of your fill (digital medication receipts are not yet readily available within your Felix account). You will be able to use this, or a scan of this, to make a manual claim to your insurer if you require this.
If you no longer have the physical copy, you can indicate the date(s) and medication name(s) that you require the receipt(s) for and Felix's Patient Support team can provide you with a digital copy.
However, if you simply wish to view your order history and download receipt for a particular order, you can now view this on your account as of April 2025. To do so:
Select your relevant treatment from the Home Page of your Felix account.
Select the Manage button from the upper right side of the page.
Select View order history.
Select Download receipt.
Please note: Additional information such as the prescribing practitioner name, prescription number, and medication DIN will only be available on simplified receipts as of June 2025. The name of the medication on the receipt cannot be edited.
💵 Tax Receipts
Annual tax receipt summaries are not yet readily available within your Felix account, but can be provided upon request. You can indicate the year and medication name(s) that you require the receipt for and Felix's Patient Support team can provide you with a digital copy.
