Medication Receipts
Your official medication receipt is located within the packaging of your fill (digital medication receipts are not yet readily available within your Felix account). You will be able to use this, or a scan of this, to make a manual claim to your insurer if you require this.
If you no longer have the physical copy, you can indicate the date(s) and medication name(s) that you require the receipt(s) for and Felix's Patient Support team can provide you with a digital copy.
However, if you simply wish to view your order history and a simplified receipt for a particular order, you can now view this on your account as of April 2025. To do so:
Select your relevant treatment from the Home Page of your Felix account.
Select the Manage button from the upper right side of the page.
Select View order history.
Please note: Additional information such as the prescribing practitioner name, prescription number, and medication DIN will only be available on simplified receipts as of June 2025.
Tax Receipts
Annual tax receipt summaries are not yet readily available within your Felix account, but can be provided upon request. You can indicate the year and medication name(s) that you require the receipt for and Felix's Patient Support team can provide you with a digital copy.
