Visit Receipts
Once your prescription has been approved, you will receive an email providing you with the option to schedule a call with our pharmacist to discuss your medication(s). If you have transferred your prescription to a local pharmacy, you will receive an email confirmation that your prescription has been transferred. Included in both of these emails, is a copy of your official visit receipt which can be downloaded via a link. Please see the email examples below of where you will be able to find your visit receipt.

If you are unable to locate these emails/receipts, you can indicate the date(s) of the visit you require the receipt(s) for and Felix's Patient Support team can provide you with a digital copy.
Medication Receipts
Your official medication receipt is located within the packaging of your fill (digital medication receipts are not yet readily available within your Felix account). You will be able to use this, or a scan of this, to make a manual claim to your insurer if you require this.
If you no longer have the physical copy, you can indicate the date(s) and medication name(s) that you require the receipt(s) for and Felix's Patient Support team can provide you with a digital copy.
Tax Receipts
Annual tax receipt summaries are not yet readily available within your Felix account, but can be provided upon request. You can indicate the year and medication name(s) that you require the receipt for and Felix's Patient Support team can provide you with a digital copy.
