Visit Receipts

You will receive an email regarding the status of your recently submitted visit that contains a link to download your visit receipt.

  • If your visit fee was charged right away for a treatment such as Weight Loss or Menopause, search for an email titled "A healthcare practitioner will be in touch shortly"

  • If your visit fee was charged upon your visit being approved, search for an email titled "Your treatment is approved!"

Please see the email examples below of where you will be able to find your visit receipt.

For visits charged immediately:

For visits charged after approval and the prescription is being fulfilled by a Felix Pharmacy:

For visits charged after approval and the prescription is being fulfilled by an external pharmacy:

Medication Receipts

Your official medication receipt is located within the packaging of your fill (digital medication receipts are not yet readily available within your Felix account). You will be able to use this, or a scan of this, to make a manual claim to your insurer if you require this.

If you no longer have the physical copy, you can indicate the date(s) and medication name(s) that you require the receipt(s) for and Felix's Patient Support team can provide you with a digital copy.

However, if you simply wish to view your order history and a simplified receipt for a particular order, you can now view this on your account as of April 2025. To do so:

  1. Select your relevant treatment from the Home Page of your Felix account.

  2. Select the Manage button from the upper right side of the page.

  3. Select View order history.

Please note: Additional information such as the prescribing practitioner name, prescription number, and medication DIN will only be available on simplified receipts as of June 2025.

Tax Receipts

Annual tax receipt summaries are not yet readily available within your Felix account, but can be provided upon request. You can indicate the year and medication name(s) that you require the receipt for and Felix's Patient Support team can provide you with a digital copy.
