Your Felix healthcare practitioner is here to help support you by answering all your medical related questions about your treatment with Felix!
You can access your practitioner chat by:
Selecting the treatment (click anywhere on the treatment tile) on your Home Page
Scrolling down the page until you see the Support section
Selecting the 'View chat' button - From here you'll be able to send a message to your HCP or read and respond to any received messages
You’ll also receive an email/notification when you have a new message from your practitioner and can respond by selecting View Message on your treatment from the Home Page of your Felix account.
To clear unread message notifications, be sure to click View chat to open the chat with your practitioner and read/respond the message. Once the message is opened, you will see the red dot and new message flag go away!
How to access from the Felix Mobile App:
Please note: The ability to message with your practitioner is disabled if your treatment assessment is denied or cancelled.
