Your Felix healthcare practitioner is here to help support you by answering all your medical related questions about your treatment with Felix.
You’ll receive an email/notification when you have a new message from your practitioner and can respond by selecting View Message on your treatment from the Home Page of your Felix account.
If you are looking for the chat with your practitioner, select the treatment on the Home Page, scroll down the page until you see the Practitioner chat section. You'll be able to read and respond to any received messages by selecting the 'View chat' button.
To clear notifications from their chat messages, be sure to click View chat to open the chat with your practitioner and read/respond the message. Once the message is opened, you will see the red dot and new message flag pictured below go away!
