For most online visits, we pre-authorize your credit card for the visit fee when you submit it. If your visit is denied, the pre-authorization will be released. It can take up to 3 business days for your bank to update your statement to reflect the change.

For Weight Loss visits, the $99 fee is charged upfront when the visit is submitted. If your visit is denied for medical reasons, it will be eligible for a refund which will be processed automatically.
