Felix charges a fee for the online visit with your healthcare practitioner upon submission of the visit. This fee will always be outlined on the final checkout page of your visit.
In most cases, the visit fee is $40, but it varies by treatment category and complexity. Please view the category and price breakdown below:
Erectile Dysfunction, PrEP and Smoking Cessation - Free visits & renewals
Menopause and Weight Loss - $99 initial visit fee | $40 renewal fee
Mental Health - $99 initial visit fee | Free renewals
STIs - $55 initial visit fee | $40 repeat testing
Metabolic Health - $150 initial visit fee | $40 renewal fee
Longevity
Complete Tier: $499 initial visit | $40 specified re-test or $499 for annual full panel re-test
Essentials Tier: $150 initial visit fee | $40 renewal fee/specified re-test
All other ailments (Skin, Acid Reflux, Premature Ejaculation, Migraines, Allergies, Genital Herpes, Cold Sores, Hair Loss, and Birth Control) - $40 initial visit fee | Free renewals
Depending on the category, the visit fee for most treatments includes a prescription valid for up to one year, along with ongoing support from your healthcare practitioner or pharmacist.
Some categories—such as Menopause, Weight Loss, and Metabolic Health—require more frequent follow-ups to ensure that your treatment remains effective and continues to meet your needs.
Promo Codes
If you have a promo code, you can enter this on the final checkout page of your visit prior to submitting it. Just select "Add promo code" in order to type it in.
Promo codes cannot be applied to medication costs or the Home Collection visit fees.
**Medication costs are separate and are charged by the pharmacy once a prescription is issued.
