📜 How to View Order History
For any orders from April 2025 and onward, you can follow these steps to access your order history which will breakdown how much you paid:
From the Home Page of your Felix account, select your treatment
On your treatment's details page, select the Manage button
Select View order history
Select the date of the specific order you were wanting more info on
This will show you how much you paid for your order, as well as the button to download a copy of the receipt.
