These points are automatically applied to visit fees, Shop OTC products, home collection fees for labs, and/or shipping fees for Shop orders
Currently, the only way to earn points are through referrals (but we plan on introducing more ways to earn in the future!)

How to refer someone
Select your Points (or "Earn rewards" if you have no point balance) from the Home Page of your Felix account.
Select "Invite a friend to Felix"
Use your personal referral link to share with any of your friends and family!
When sending your referral link, you will receive 5,000 points once the recipient of the link either purchases a shop order or successfully submits a visit as a brand new patient.
Using a referral link
If you are the recipient of a referral link, please ensure you create your Felix account and submit your visit by clicking the referral link that you are sent. You must be a new patient in order to be eligible for the referral.
By using the link, you will be eligible for one of the following rewards applicable to your treatment of interest:
$99 off for Longevity and Metabolic Health visits
All other ailments (Weight Loss, Mental Health, Skin, Acid Reflux, Premature Ejaculation, Migraines, Allergies, Genital Herpes, Cold Sores, Hair Loss, and Birth Control)
Please note that STI visits are not eligible for our referral program and would still be $55 for the initial visit.

When exactly are my points used?
Points are redeemed automatically once you are charged for an eligible purchase. This means that for visits and individual Shop orders, any points in your account will be applied right after submission, as your are charged up front for visit fees and Shop items.
In the example below, a brand new Skin visit has a $40 visit fee. In this particular treatment, the patches were also included as a non-medication Shop item which costs $12.
As such, 5,000 points (worth $50) were redeemed automatically. This applied to the visit fee first ($40) and the remaining amount of points was applied to the Shop item ($10). The $94 for the medication remains unaffected by the points.
What if I have Shop items included as part of my treatment?
Points will be redeemed for Shop orders that are part of your treatment once they are charged by the pharmacy upon the processing of your fill. This is true whether you add the product during the initial quiz or from Shop.
Can I store or save my points?
As of now, you are not able to save your points - these will always be automatically deducted for any eligible costs upon being charged.
Can I use a promo code with points?
Yes! Assuming they are eligible for your treatment, promo codes will help reduce any applicable visit fees so that points are only used for Shop items.
In the example below, we have the same Skin treatment as above ($40 visit fee + $12 Shop item).
In this case, a promo code for a free visit was used which took away the $40 visit fee. As such, the full points balance of 1,356 worth $13.56 was applied directly on the Shop item (which included the tax for it). The $94 for the medication remains unaffected by the points.
