Understanding pharmacy holds

Prescriptions can be placed on hold for a number of reasons!

If your prescription enters our pharmacy's queue to be processed and it is too early, our team will place your prescription on hold to align your refill dates and maximize any potential insurance coverage you may have. Your prescription will be processed on the date indicated in your account. You can view this by going to the Home page and selecting your relevant treatment.

Prescriptions may also be placed on hold because the pharmacy needs to confirm further information with you or your practitioner. For example, this can include verifying your identity or address, clarifying insurance information, or confirming details of your prescription. You can also verify if your prescription has been placed on hold by going to the Home page and selecting your relevant treatment.

If your prescription has been placed on hold, we recommend checking your emails as you may have correspondence from Felix which clarifies the next steps that need to be taken in order to have your fill processed further. We recommend checking your junk/spam folders as well as these are sometimes filtered out accidentally!
