How to add/remove non-prescription or over the counter products from your order

Felix has launched non-prescription products specially curated by our medical team to work with your existing prescription to enhance your treatment plan.

In order to Add non-prescription products, please navigate to the Discover tab in your account. Here you will see all the over-the-counter products available within your current prescription categories. Select the desired item(s) and select "Add to Treatment".


In order to Remove non-prescription products, ​please select the associated treatment from the Home Page. Here you should see a breakdown of your prescription and any over-the-counter products.

Select the item(s) you no longer want/need then select "Remove from treatment" and reconfirm your choice by selecting "Yes, remove".
