If you need to update your expired ID, change the ID type provided, or your doctor is having trouble viewing your ID, you can upload a new ID photo at any time! To do this, start by logging into your Felix account and navigating under the Profile tab.
From here, you can scroll down below your current ID photo, to where it says "Upload new ID".
You will then be prompted to upload a new ID photo. You can complete this by uploading an existing photo from your device, or by taking a new photo from your phone/webcam.
Be sure to click "Change", and select "Save Profile" at the bottom of the page to ensure all changes are saved to your account.
