How do I message my healthcare practitioner?

How to talk directly to your Felix practitioner

Our healthcare practitioners are happy to help answer any questions or concerns you may have about your medication, its side effects, or anything related to the category of your prescription. You can contact your doctor or nurse practitioner directly by navigating under the Treatments tab in your Felix Account, clicking through to View details of your prescription, and then scrolling to find the option to contact Felix. Finally, select the medication inquiries option to message your healthcare practitioner.

To start, select the Treatments tab, and then click "View details" on your prescription card.

From there, you'll find the option on the right side of the page. For mobile users, you'll need to scroll down the page to find this option.
