How do I reset my password?

You might need to reset your password in two scenarios. Please follow the steps listed below according to your situation.

If you are currently logged into your account:


1. Go to your Profile tab nested under the Account dropdown.


2. Enter the new password.


3. Click on "Save profile" to save the changes to your profile.


If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log in to your account:

  1. Select the I forgot my password option on the login page to receive a verification code at your email address on file.

  2. Enter the verification code.

  3. Next, enter the new password you would like to set for your account.

  4. Click on the reset password button to save the new password.​

🚨Please note: once you have reset your password, the system we operate on does require a 10-minute buffer, before you can log in again with the new password. Make sure to wait for this 10 minute period before trying to log in again! 🚨

In case you're unable to find the email with the verification code from Felix in your inbox:

  • Check your junk or spam folder.

  • Double-check that you have spelled your email correctly.

If you haven't received any emails from Felix at all, you might have made a mistake in your email address when signing up. If you suspect this is the case, please contact our support team via chat or hello@felixforyou.ca and provide your full name, date of birth, and the email address you used when signing up. Our support team will be happy to assist.

How to reset my account password from the Felix Mobile App:
