Typo in your address? Moved? On Vacation? Or just need your refill sent somewhere different this month? We get it! You can update your shipping address at any time to make these changes from your Felix account.
Please note, updates do take a few business days to fully sync with our pharmacy, so any changes made within 48 hours of your refill date should be communicated to customer support by contacting email@example.com.
Moving provinces? Please let our support team know so we can ensure your prescription can be transferred to the appropriate Felix partner pharmacy to be filled!
Now, how do you update your address? Start by logging in to your account and navigating under the Shipping tab in the My Account drop down bar.
From here you can enter or update your shipping details by tapping on the relevant address lines and typing in your new details.
Be sure to click "Save shipping details" at the bottom of the page to ensure all changes are saved to your account.
