Typo in your address? Moved? On Vacation? Or just need your refill sent somewhere different this month? We get it! You can update your shipping address at any time to make these changes from your Felix account.
Please note: Updates do take a few business days to fully sync with our pharmacy, so any changes made within 48 hours of your refill date should be communicated to customer support via the live chat in your Felix mobile or web app.
To do so: Login to your Felix Account and navigate to the Shipping tab under the Account dropdown.
From here you can enter or update your shipping details by tapping on the relevant address lines and typing in your new details.
Be sure to click Save shipping details at the bottom of the page to ensure all changes are saved to your account.
