Personal health information provided during your medical assessment is strictly confidential between you and your Felix healthcare practitioner. <br>​<br>All data that is inputted by our patients is securely encrypted within our servers. All prescriptions via Felix are prescribed following an extensive medical assessment, by licensed Canadian healthcare practitioners registered within your province. Prescriptions are filled and shipped by an accredited pharmacy, only if a prescription is deemed medically safe and ethical. <br>​<br>We are also LegitScript-certified (certifications for online healthcare providers for legality, safety and transparency) and follow applicable provincial and federal privacy laws.
