If you weren't able to collect your package from your local pharmacy in the alotted time frame, it will be returned to our pharmacy location. Not to worry, you can still receive your package!
Once your package has been received and processed by our pharmacy team, they will send you an email to confirm if you would like the package reshipped. If so, you can use the options available in the email to request reshipment to the same address, or a new one. Please note, there is a $10 fee for reshipped packages, to cover shipping and administrative costs.
Our pharmacy team will hold your package for 10 days after receiving the return to await your reshipment instructions. If they have not received a response after this time, or if you have indicated you do not wish to have it reshipped, they will have the medication destroyed. Refunds cannot be issued for returned/destroyed medications, as they cannot be restocked for reuse.
