How do I add non-prescription products to my package?

How to add/remove non-prescription products from your order

Felix has launched non-prescription products specially curated by our medical team to work with your existing prescription to enhance your treatment plan. These can be added to existing acne plans at any time between refills. If you have an adverse reaction or decide it's not for you, you're free to remove these between fills as you wish.

You can find the option to add or remove non-prescription products from your order in the Prescriptions tab of your account. Please note that changes to your package can only be made after your first fill is processed.

To modify your package, start by navigating under the Prescriptions tab of your account and selecting "View details" on the package you want to modify.

From here, you will find the option to customize your package under the "Manage my prescription" section. This is located on the right side of the page on a desktop. For mobile users, you will need to scroll down the page.

Once you select to customize your package you will be able to add or remove any of the non-prescription products you wish.
