Once your prescription is approved, our pharmacy partner network will be notified to begin the process of activating your prescription. You will receive an email from Felix asking if you would like to speak with the pharmacist, at which point the pharmacy will activate your profile. 

After that step is completed, they will charge and ship your medication. Refills will be automatically charged and shipped based on the refill schedule you chose during your online visit.
